According to Salary, Lori Senecal, who has been working as the CEO of Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B) announced her exit from the company at the end of 2017. Lori has served in this position for two years where her good leadership has seen American Airlines winning. CP+B created the position of the CEO in 2015, and Lori was the first to assume the position.
Chuck Porter, who is the co-founder and the Chairman of CP+B reported that Lori helped the organization to have a good entrepreneurial start-up. He further said that they were working on mentoring the organization’s leaders and were prepared for a smooth transition after Lori had left.
One of those hopeful leaders at the organization was Danielle Aldrich who was currently the president of CP+B. Danielle had helped in landing American Airlines account. Hershey’s was also a potential leader. Chuck Porter further reported that CP+B had ten offices managed by passionate entrepreneurs. Lori reported that they had shared resources among the ten offices to create more strategies and talents.
Dannielle Aldrich was reported by Lori as being capable of expanding and overseeing sharing of resources within the ten offices. Lori praised her as a lady who can uncover tough business challenges. She also commended her for her boldness and inventive way of doing things and approaching issues.
